Sammie is a San Diego-based, nationally accredited personal trainer who is dedicated to helping people live a more healthy & fit lifestyle.
After forgoing a huge body recomposition herself, Sammie understands & acknowledges the challenges that detour people from achieving their health & fitness goals. To accomplish this, she provides a sustainable & science backed approach to fitness, health and wellness.
As well as being a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM), Sammie also holds certifications as a Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM) & Certified Nutritionist (ISSA). She uses her knowledge & experience to formulate a customized workout plan to target YOUR specific goals, because fitness is not a 1 size fits all.
Sammie not only helps her clients get results, but helps them maintain their healthy body composition for the long run. No fad diets, not endless amounts of cardio or unsustainable juice cleanses.
With proper strength training programming, support, and weekly accountability check ins, she helps you reach your goals to look & feel your best.

I am working on gaining upper body strength and she is teaching me the small steps/movements I need to work on to progress to being able to do a proper pushup or a dreaded burpee ;) . When I decided to start working out with a personal trainer, I got connected with Sammie and 12 weeks later I couldn't imagine working out with anyone else! Sammie is so knowledgeable about what she does and you can just tell that she genuinely wants to help her clients reach their fitness goals. When I first started working out, Sammie had my fitness plan mapped out from day 1 through week 20. Sammie doesn't just decide on the spot what exercises we are doing.
